(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic communications and event support services • Provide strategic communications, visibility and coordination support for 2026 global collective learning and curated 30th anniversary engagements, and to provide direct event design and delivery support for one specific event: the high–level private sector breakfast dialogue• Develop and implement an integrated communications and visibility approach for all listed anniversary events;• Support consistent messaging, branding and visibility across the events;• Lead the concept, programme flow, guest list development, speaker coordination and run–of–show for the high–level private sector breakfast dialogue• Develop an integrated communications and visibility plan for all listed anniversary events;• Advise on a cohesive visual identity aligned with the UN Trust Fund's branding and anniversary messaging;• Prepare speaker briefing notes, moderator guidance and talking points;• Design and coordinate the overall event programme, including run–of–show documents, event scripts and session materials;• Responsible for logistics, production, venue arrangements, catering, AV, branding installation, photography/videography.
