(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce enhancement, safety, resiliency and collaboration services to the government authority located in Boston, MA. – Design, implement, and support a statewide workforce enhancement initiative for the agency network. – Provide a flexible, evidence–informed approach that establishes core requirements while allowing bidders to propose the program design, sequencing, methods and innovations they believe will best meet agency’s objectives.– Combine training, technical assistance, collaboration, evaluation, and related workforce–development strategies into a practical program that can be refined and expanded over time.• Training and workforce development: develop and deliver evidence–informed workforce training that is practical, interactive, and responsive to the responsibilities and field conditions of the workforce being served.• Workforce wellbeing, resiliency and safety: Provide workforce wellbeing and resiliency programming that is relevant to professionals performing emotionally demanding and potentially high–risk work.• Continuous reinforcement and technical assistance: Provide a continuous workforce development relationship rather than episodic training.• Supervisory and leadership support: Provide supervisors and managers in the workforce enhancement strategy.• Public safety and interagency collaboration: Support agency in strengthening practical working relationships between participating workforce populations and external partners whose involvement may improve worker safety, coordinated response, service continuity or outcomes for older adults.• Workforce research, evaluation and continuous improvement: Propose and implement an evaluation approach that allows agency to understand whether the initiative is improving workforce knowledge, confidence, preparedness, safety, wellbeing, collaboration and other outcomes identified by agency.• Digital learning and workforce development infrastructure: Propose technology–supported learning or workforce development infrastructure when it would improve access, reinforcement, scalability, tracking, or sustainability.• Work planning and growth planning.• Provide periodic program status reports in a format and frequency approved by agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
