(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management at risk services to the government authority located in Ellenton, FL.– Comprehensive review of the completed design documents and provide quality assurance, quality control, scheduling, cost management, and construction administration services through project completion.– Site improvements.– Building expansion.– Existing building renovation.– Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technology systems.– Exterior architectural improvements.– Procurement strategy recommendations.– Review of traffic, permitting, and agency requirements affecting construction.– Schedule development and schedule analysis.– Schedule management and recovery planning.– Progress reporting and cost control.– Testing and commissioning coordination.– Project management and on–site supervision.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 24, 2026.
