Vendor needs to provide professional medical services to the government authority located in New Jersey. – Provide professional medical services. The goal is to provide pre–employment physicals, “fit–for–duty” testing and drug and/or alcohol collection services for new and existing employees.– Medical services include, but are not limited to, the following:• Pre–Employment Physical Examination/Medical History• Mantoux Test• Drug Screening (Collection Only)• Alcohol Screening (Collection Only)• Electrocardiogram• Blood Chemical Analysis• Urinalysis• CDL – Breathalyser (24/7 pursuant to federal policy)• CDL – Urine Collection Drug Screen (24/7 pursuant to federal policy)• Stress Test• Blood Testing for Acetycholinesterase testing levels• Hearing Tests
