(1) Vendor needs to provide digital asset management system. – Digital asset management system to manage its collection of up to 100,000 high resolution digital image files and make them available on a mirrored website with a hybrid licensing platform offering both rights managed and open data licensing with a search, display and retrieval system for image–based content and must be able to continue our existing hybrid business model. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 09, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for seven years.
