Description
Service Contract shall include (1) Monthly Service to keep ponds at required level of service, (2) Additional treatments as necessary, (3) Call back service within 24 hours, (4) Comprehensive Service Reports after each treatment, and (5) Pollution Liability Insurance included in the price for each line item. Hillsborough County EPC has provided In-Field Authorization for work. NOTE: Bidders are required to attend a MANDATORY PRE-BID TOUR of the ponds to ensure familiarity with the project site and accuracy in bidding based on site constraints. Al Lopez Park, 4810 N. Himes Avenue (three ponds, two ditches and). (Pond 3 areas with overgrowth should be treated at 10-20% increments per service cycle). • Ragan Pond, 1200 E. Lake Avenue (one pond), • Highland Pines Park, 4504 E. 21st Avenue (one pond). • Robert L. Cole Stormwater Lake, 1798 E. M.L. King Jr. Boulevard (one pond), • Herbert Carrington Sr. Stormwater Lake, 5019 N. 34th Street(one pond). • Gadsden Park, 6901 S. MacDill Avenue (one pond). • Copeland Park Pond, 11001 N. 15th Street (one pond). (Areas with overgrowth should be treated at 10-20% increments per service cycle). SEE ATTACHMENT.
