(1) Vendor needs to provide senior housing stability assistance program services to the government authority located in Victorville, CA.– Intake, eligibility, and housing stability assessment:– Assess the current housing status, immediate risk factors, household resources, support networks, income or benefits, and the intervention needed to stabilize housing.– Rental and utility assistance:– Provide eligible rental subsidies and rental arrears assistance necessary to prevent homelessness or maintain housing placement.– Provide eligible utility deposits and utility arrears assistance necessary to prevent homelessness or maintain housing placement.– Case management and service coordination:– Develop an individualized housing stabilization plan.– Assist participants with housing problem–solving, landlord or utility coordination, benefits, documentation, and referrals.– Service requirements and performance expectations:– Ensure timely intake and eligibility determination for all participants.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
