AIRPORT BAG TAGS, THERMAL BOARDING PASS AND ATB TICKET STOCK

General work description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a multi-year contract for bag tags, thermal paper and Automated Ticket and Boarding Pass (ATB) Stock (Blank) with the Sacramento County, Department of Airports in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications listed herein. The contract(s) resulting from this RFP shall be for an initial two-year period commencing with execution of the contract between the awarded contractor and Sacramento County. The County reserves the right, upon mutual agreement, to extend any resulting contract for three additional one-year terms at the same terms and conditions as the original contract. We expect to issue one or multiple contracts by line item basis, if in the best interest of the County to do so. The County is not required to procure all items from any particular Contractor and does not guarantee a minimum purchase. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the County of Sacramento as the Lead Participating Agency on behalf of the Sacramento County Procurement Alliance (SCoPA). SCoPA is a cooperative purchasing program that enables the County of Sacramento and other eligible Governmental, Educational, and Non-Profit entities to leverage collective purchasing power and shared contracts. As a result, any selected bid may be utilized by additional participating entities, providing expanded visibility and potential for additional opportunities if their organization allows for cooperation.
