(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources applicant tracking system. – Provide an applicant tracking system to include a central database to manage job postings, collect applications, screen resumes for keywords, track candidate progress, schedule interviews and facilitate communication with the applicant. – Software should have the ability to keep and maintain account usernames and passwords in a secure manner using industry standard encryption algorithms.– Information on hosted or cloud service provider’s data center, including location and internet connectivity, and information security compliance.– Provide and adhere to a communication plan for communicating System upgrades and all other maintenance and service interruptions.– Solution is integrated with Munis to enable workflow for approvals with posting and onboarding processes.– The software functionality matrix describes base mandatory and preferred Software functionality and technical specifications requested.– The software via local personal computer (PC)–based internet browsers and the internet through secure internet connections and protocols.– Security measures in place to protect the system and its data, including disaster recovery and continuity plans.– Financial and human resources systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for fifteen years. (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on August 13, 2026.
