(1) Vendor needs to provide professional accounting, quickbooks implementation, and related financial services to the government authority located in Lauderhill, FL. • Establishing and configuring QuickBooks, including the chart of accounts, beginning balances, bank accounts, projects, revenues, expenditures, and financial reporting structure.• Providing general accounting assistance, including general ledger review, journal entries, account reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable assistance, payroll, bank reconciliation and financial transaction review.• Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and budget–to–actual reporting.• Assisting with fiscal year–end closing, audit schedules, adjusting entries, reconciliations, and auditor requests.• Reviewing accounting procedures and recommending appropriate internal controls and segregation of duties.• Providing QuickBooks training and technical assistance to designated CRA and City staff.• Providing professional accounting and financial advisory services on an as–needed basis.• Attend meetings as needed.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
