(1) Vendor needs to provide fiber cable construction services to the government authority located in Watertown, NY.– Furnishing of all materials and labor to install the optical fiber.– Includes both aerial and underground installation of optical fiber along highway or electric line right–of–ways.– Project will consist of the installation of new aerial strand, new underground conduit via directional drill and vibratory plow, fiber lasing, anchoring, and splicing.– Supply and install 2 new 40’ class 4 wooden utility poles.– Fiber pulling through 9,000 feet of new conduit installed by contractor and 400 feet through customer supplied conduit.– Construct 2000 feet of new aerial strand.– Attach to 14 new poles.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.
