(1) Vendor needs to provide vision care program services to the government authority located in ().– Provide basic vision care services to 1,885 county employees, retirees and their eligible dependents.– An examination by an optometrist or ophthalmologist of the condition of his and her eyes and principal vision function.– Vision survey: Case History, Examination for eye pathology and abnormalities– Visual analysis: Refraction, diagnosis and prescription, post–examination (dispensing and fitting procedures), visual skill testing, frequency.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 9,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
