CSE-24215 - USA (Oakland, California) - Citywide Security Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide citywide security services to the government authority located in Oakland, CA.– Ability to manage schedules, train staff, and establish emergency and specialized protocols for the public and city staff.– Routinely patrol through the confines of city facilities and properties, including areas between all buildings, structures, and gated field and park areas.– Supervise and control access to the city facilities and grounds.– Periodic inspection of outside property which shall include parking lots, office buildings, and ensure proper use of handicapped parking and fire zones.– Investigate fire, burglar and pull–cord alarms for entire patrol area.– Provide security inspections, scheduled rounds to tracking system location as designated, detection and investigation of buildings, ground and appurtenances of city facilities.– Medical aid administered by the security officer shall be only to the extent that the officer is qualified to administer in accordance with the officer’s level of certification.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 05, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
