(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone interpreter services for driver safety offices.– All labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision; pay all travel expenses, taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and other incidental costs to perform as–needed interpreter services remotely via telephone, remote video or virtual meeting platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, CISCO Webex) for various offices and hearing points.– Provide as–needed remote interpreter services for driver safety hearings statewide through a toll–free telephone number from 7:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m.– Contractor shall ensure that all scheduled telephone system updates are scheduled outside of these service hours.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
