EQU-19016 - USA (Cathedral, California) - Audio and Visual Technician Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and visual technician services to the government authority located in Cathedral, CA. – Provide technicians and related services on an as–needed, on–call basis. Anticipated services include, but are not limited to, the following:• Operating sound and lighting systems for live events, including concerts, community events, and theatrical or staged productions, before, during, and after performances.• Installing, adjusting, setting up, and operating audio, lighting, and video equipment for live production, including spotlights and computer–controlled lighting systems.• Conferring with event or production directors to establish cues and technical direction, and taking cues from the stage manager during performances.• Mixing sound inputs and feeds and monitoring audio to ensure sound quality.• Programming lighting consoles and loading automated systems prior to shows.• Testing, troubleshooting, and resolving equipment issues; arranging equipment repairs as needed.• Maintaining, cleaning, and properly storing audio, lighting, and video equipment, and maintaining an inventory of equipment.• Operating within all applicable health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for performers, staff, and the public.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
