(1) Vendor needs to provide low earth orbit satellite internet solution to the government authority located in Charleston, WV.• Provide a statewide contract for low earth orbit (LEO) satellite internet solution that provideshigh–speed, unthrottled, and unlimited data connectivity to designated state facilities• To establish a high–speed, low–latency internet service with a target bandwidth of at least 100 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload under normal operating conditions•To ensure uninterrupted and consistent service through the provision of an unlimited data plan with no hard data caps and no routine throttling, subject only to reasonable network management practices disclosed in the vendor’s service terms.• To receive a complete, professionally installed solution and have access to comprehensive, 24x7x365 technical support for all provided equipment and services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
