(1) Vendor needs to provide defined contribution retirement and tax–sheltered annuity programs recordkeeper service on an as needed basis to the government authority located in St. Paul, MN. – Act as a recordkeeper for the Defined Contribution Retirement (DCR) program and the Tax–Sheltered Annuity (TSA) program of the agency.– Provide retirement benefits for the public employees who are eligible to participate in the plan and their beneficiaries.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
