NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE iDSS GLOBAL LLC

Description of Intended Products or Services Provided: Subscription for web based Destination Management System software solution of a base platform and applications for the global travel and meeting/event industry. Tempest, Inc. is the parent company of iDSS Global, LLC which owns the proprietary, cloud based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. The system includes iDSS Cyclone, which is the new upgraded version of the iDSS Legacy CRM system and the Cvent Integration. This integration allows iDSS Cyclone to automatically pull meeting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from the Cvent system into the iDSS CRM. Currently, this is handled manually by tourism staff. General services include professional services such as consulting services, custom report and report development, custom feature integration development services, creative and design services, data updates, email credits (to send out emails to the system), and onsite training. iDSS is a critical platform utilized by Tourism providing accurate and actionable information for the purpose of consumer facing communications and sales solicitation records. iDSS includes access to applications to upload sales leads, definite meeting bookings, and cancellations through this interface. iDSS provides critical data, educational resources, networking opportunities, and marketing activities. iDSS is an industry leading customer record management (CRM) and content management system (CMS) platform that destination marketing organizations use to act as a central registry of partner information. Continuity of a singular database that serves as a historic record platform is critical in order to maintain sales record information and partner data accuracy.
