(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based claims management system.– Provide and implement a modern claims processing system to support agency workers' compensation operations.– Replace agency current complex, legacy claims processing environment with a feature–rich, cloud–based solution that enhances operational efficiency, improves customer service– Implementing a modern, cloud–based claims processing system that supports State workers' compensation.– Enhancing operational efficiency through automated workflows, improved document management, and streamlined business processes.– Improving customer service through enhanced self–service capabilities, faster claims processing, and better communication tools.– Ensuring compliance with state regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.– Reducing manual processes and technical debt associated with the current claims environment.(2) Intent to Bid submissions due on September 23, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
