Vendor needs to provide catering services for a wide array of social, cultural, or business functions, including a party, reception, fund raiser, concert, conference, seminar, or wedding to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.– Provide appropriate staffing for events.i. Set–up and break–down events.ii. Maintain cleanliness of the facility during and after events– Provide high–quality and diverse food and menu options for a variety of price points to renters.– No alcoholic beverages are served in prohibited locations,– Stop service of alcoholic beverages one–half (1/2) hour before the scheduled end of an event,– Proposed menu options and pricing breakdown, and ability to provide menus for a variety of occasions, range of tastes, quality, diversity, and creativity. Demonstrated ability to handle specialized needs including vegetarian, ethnic, allergen, etc.– Provide physical brochures with photographic imagery of menu options.
