(1) Vendor needs to provide board certified behavior analyst services to the government authority located in Lindenwold, NJ. • Provide behavior analytic consultation and intervention services to support students with behavioral needs across the district.• Improve student success in the general education environment through evidence–based behavioral interventions, staff coaching, and positive behavioral supports designed to reduce behavioral barriers to learning, increase academic engagement, and promote positive educational outcomes within the least restrictive environment.• Conducting observations of classrooms and other instructional settings to assess classroom management practices, student engagement, behavioral expectations, and classroom routines.• Providing written recommendations for improving classroom structure, transitions, instructional routines, reinforcement systems, and behavioral expectations.• Identifying patterns of student behavior and environmental factors that may contribute to behavioral challenges.• Support classroom–wide behavioral intervention plans based on classroom observations, behavioral data, and identified instructional needs.• Supporting the establishment of clearly defined classroom expectations, routines, procedures, and reinforcement systems.• Providing direct, classroom–based coaching to teachers and instructional support staff on effective behavioral management strategies.• Modeling evidence–based behavioral interventions within actual classroom settings so staff can observe appropriate implementation.• Working directly within classrooms to model appropriate behavioral interventions and management techniques.• Providing professional development on proactive classroom management, positive behavioral supports, reinforcement systems, de–escalation, and behavior prevention strategies
