(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Tulsa, OK. – Require cleaning five days a week, with trash pickup one time each day for five days a week, and vacuuming of carpeted areas two times a week.– Empty and damp wipe all trash receptacles, replace and tie plastic liner.– Feather dust computers and printers.– Dust mop, spot clean and damp mop all composition floors.– Sweep and spot clean all concrete floors.– Shampoo and extract spots from all carpeted areas.– Clean and vacuum all wooden floors.(2) Pre–bid mandatory meeting will be held on August 19, 2026.
