(1) Vendor needs to provide eProcurement and contract lifecycle management (CLM) software.– Replace its current software systems environment with a new system or combination of software systems, and to adopt systems functionality to support core processes.– Software and consulting services to implement a new software systems environment to address the County’s needs related to an eProcurement and Contract Lifecycle Management– Implement an integrated procurement and contract lifecycle management solution that supports requisitions, sourcing, evaluations, contract management, renewals, and closeout activities.– Automate workflows, approvals, notifications, and document routing to reduce manual effort and duplicate data entry.– Improve visibility through real–time dashboards, reporting, status tracking, and proactive alerts for contracts and procurement activities.– Enhance vendor engagement through self–service registration, electronic proposal submission, communications, and vendor management capabilities.– Provide a secure, user–friendly, and configurable solution that supports Countywide collaboration, compliance, and long–term operational needs.(2) A pre–proposal vendor teleconference will be held on November 10, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2026.
