Culturally Responsive Outreach, Education & Information-Older Adults

Washington County Disability, Aging & Veteran Services seeks culturally responsive community organizations to provide outreach, education and information to increase awareness of programs and services available to support the well-being of older adults and their caregivers. Through outreach, education, and individual support, Contractors will provide assistance, navigation and/or referrals to increase the number of older adults and their caregivers from the Black and African American or Hispanic and Latino/a/x/e communities to engage in services provided by Disability, Aging and Veteran Services. Contractors will facilitate connection between their organization, as a trusted culturally-specific provider, and Disability, Aging and Veteran Services.
