HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services

It is the intent of the Township of North Brunswick to enter into a contract with the lowest responsible and responsive qualified bidder to provide HVAC preventive maintenance and repair services of all Township owned HVAC systems as described in these specifications. It is the intent of these specifications to detail the bidder’s (herein after referred to as Contractor) duties, responsibilities and requirements. These specifications are intended to present an accurate indication of The System. This however, shall not relieve the bidder of the necessity for fully informing their company of the existing equipment and its condition during the tour. The complete “System” is comprised of items specifically listed Appendix A of this bid specification, AS WELL AS THOSE COMPONENTS INDICATED DURING THE TOUR.
