(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based case management and database platform. • Continuation of a secure, cloud–based case management and database platform. • Platform serves as the central hub for managing confidential employment–related matters, case records, reporting, user access controls, and ongoing support services. Contract term July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029 for up to 15 users.• Responsible for secure hosting and ongoing maintenance of the platform, including regular updates, security patches, and enhancements necessary to maintain functionality, security, and compliance with industry standards.• The platform must allow customization of case fields, workflows, reports, and other system elements.• System Administrator• Manager/Supervisor• User access to records• Record creation, modification, and deletion activities• Issue resolution assistance• Help desk availability• Support channels (phone, email, web portal)(2) The contract period will be for three years.
