(1) Vendor needs to provide ADA transition plan development service to the government authority located in New Mexico. • Self–Evaluation Report: Comprehensive documentation identifying physical accessibility barriers across all evaluated facilities in the built environment.• Draft and Final ADA Transition Plan: A synthesized, publication–grade master plan incorporating all assessment findings, barrier matrices, proposed physical improvements, cost projections, and a long–range implementation schedule.• Public Engagement Plan & Summary: A tailored community outreach strategy following ADA communication and access guidelines (e.g., listening sessions, stakeholder interviews, accessible surveys, or public forums) and a comprehensive summary documenting how public input informed final recommendations• Presentation Materials: Professional executive briefings and presentation packages for leadership, governing boards, and partner agencies summarizing findings, budget requirements, and implementation roadmaps.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
