Description
The objective of this IFB is to establish a contract with a responsive and responsible contractor to complete the required rehabilitation work (Roof Replacement, Bathroom upgrades, Popcorn Ceiling Removal and Re-Finish, and Impact Windows & Doors) at 660 E 3rd Ave, Hialeah Fl 33010. In accordance with the scope of work in this IFB. The repairs must follow the requirements of the 8th Edition (2023) Update to the Florida Building Code (FBC), 8 th Edition (2023) Florida Building Code Residential, and 2024 Florida Roofing Codes Updates. All work performed under this project shall comply with all National, State and Local Codes having jurisdiction and with all requirements of Utility Companies whose services will be used.
