(1) Vendor needs to provide site inspection and verification services to the government authority located in Research Triangle Park, NC.– Identify candidate critical load sites for deployment within provincial capitol compound, with emphasis placed on those requiring 24/7 connectivity for early warning systems and data transmission.– Geographical and visual maps generated for candidate sites.– Baseline field assessment and screening of candidate critical load sites.– Proximity to existing critical infrastructure.– Technical energy resource assessment.– Local community acceptance and cooperation.– Deployment strategy for final deployment sites.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
