(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide aggregation strategist service. • The Aggregation Strategist leads a cohort–based business training series for Food Hub sub awardees.• Develop curriculum covering core business fundamentals, including financial KPIs, cash flow management, pricing and margins, sales forecasting, cost projections, and other business practices that support sustainable growth.• Design trainings that encourage peer learning, shared problem–solving, and relationship–building among participating food hubs.• Foster a common business language and strengthen the foundation for future collaboration across food hub network.• Develop training materials, participant resources, session agendas, and any pre– and post–assessments needed to measure learning outcomes.• Tailor curriculum to participant readiness and business maturity, informed by intake information or an initial assessment conducted at the beginning of the contract.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
