(1) Vendor needs to provide labor counsel service to the government authority located in Passaic, NJ.– Provide labor counsel services to the city as directed by appropriate officials within the city. – Legal research and advisory opinions as needed.– Research and draft ordinances and resolutions.– Represent the city in litigation in federal and state courts and administrative forums.– Review and draft contracts, ordinances, and bid specifications.– Firm must provide representation when needed for all types of municipal legal issues. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
