(1) Vendor needs to provide hospital television service to the government authority located in New York. – Deliver campus–wide television service.– Furnish, install (where required), maintain, and support television programming services.– The selected vendor shall provide a reliable television programming solution that integrates with the Corporation's existing television distribution infrastructure or propose an equivalent or superior solution that minimizes disruption to patient care while maintaining or improving service quality.– Services shall include, but are not limited to:• Commercial television programming.• Equipment required at the headend.• Programming management.• Technical support.• Preventive maintenance.• Emergency service.• Replacement of failed provider–owned equipment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
