(1) Vendor needs to provide staff scheduling software. • Agency seeking information for a solution that streamlines the planning, assignment and management of employees that support and manage schedules. • Solution should improve operational efficiency, provide equitable shift distribution, enhance visibility to staffing coverage and deliver reporting and analytics at both the employee and leadership levels.• Multi–Event Management: Support scheduling for dozens of concurrent events across different physical locations.• Google Calendar Connection: Ability to provide Google Calendar invitations for scheduled employees, or other solution that provides formal notification with details of the event scheduled.• Equity–Based Algorithms: Offer shifts using customizable logic, such as prioritizing employees with the fewest accumulated hours or a rotational queue• Standby/Backup Management: Maintain a live, automated waitlist to fill last–minute shift cancellations instantly.• Coverage Dashboards: Provide real–time visual indicators showing filling percentages for upcoming concurrent events.• Historic Event Logs: Capture individual employee participation, historical shift acceptance rates, and late–cancellation/no–show metrics.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 3, 2026.
