Vendor needs to provide microsoft power platform licensing and the design, implementation and support of the public engagement and ai chatbot platform. – An online Hotline Reporting Portal that allows members of the public to report harmful and prohibited content found on the internet, including Child Sexual Abuse Material, online child exploitation and other forms of unlawful digital content. – Not only is the Hotline reporting available on a web–portal, there’s a WhatsApp account available to allow members of the public easy reporting and access to information. – These platforms are currently integrated with the Halo IT Service Management (ITSM) solution, where reports and complaints are automatically logged as cases for investigation and management.
