(1) Vendor needs to provide cancer clinical studies service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Optimize an existing assay using human specimens in a clinical laboratory into assays that can be used in a clinical trial/study for the treatment, prevention or control of cancer. However, efforts to harmonize clinical laboratory tests, including investigation into the performance and reproducibility of assays across multiple clinical laboratories.• Clinical Assay Readiness: Projects that focus on tumor markers or classifiers ready to be used in future cancer treatment, prevention, or control clinical trials. • Proven Technology: Projects that use technologies already in use or soon to be approved for use in clinical laboratories.• Lab Harmonization: Projects can focus on multi–center studies to standardize assay protocols so different laboratories produce identical, reproducible results
