As-Needed Agreements for Construction Services - Architecture Section

The San Francisco International Airport (Airport) is seeking qualifications packages from qualified firms, teams, joint ventures, or other qualified business entities for as-needed construction services for the Design & Construction Division's Architecture Section. The Airport anticipates awarding up to six As-Needed Agreements for Construction Services (Contract No. 12354.51 through Contract No. 12354.56), each in a not-to-exceed amount of $10,000,000 with a duration of five years. The contracts will primarily cover interior improvement and architectural exterior projects, including space reconfiguration, finish upgrades, and related building modifications, as well as the repair, construction, and maintenance of various facilities and systems to ensure structural integrity, safety, and functionality.
