HR-9379 - USA (Frankfort, Kentucky) - Recruiting Coordinator Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide recruiting coordinator services to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY.– Recruiting coordinator contracts are being put in place to choreograph, monitor, provide data entry, as well as assist with mentor and mentee trainings for cadets in the residential and post–residential phase of the program.– Promote the challenge program and provide information to prospective applicants.– Develop, maintain, and correspond (in person, telephone, email, social media, letters, etc.) with a network of gatekeepers, sources of referrals, for at–risk youth.– Address applicant questions and concerns prior to admissions.– Maintain communication with cadet parents/guardians throughout the acclimation and residentialprocesses of the program.– Assist with planning and executing special outreach events, such as the following: academy tours, open house, family and mentor days, etc. and to facilitate recruiting and public relations across the regions.– Perform other duties relevant to acclimation and residential phases of the program.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
