MEDI-7923 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Wound care services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide wound care services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.a) Contractor shall provide wound care services and treat agency residents for all spectrums of skin integrity in the inpatient and outpatient setting.b) Contractor shall provide wound care for medically fragile individuals with acute and complicated wound care needs.c) Contractor shall visit our facility to see our individuals and provide specialized treatment and collaborate with agency primary care providers and nurses for wound care management.d) Contractor shall manage pressure ulcers, infectious wounds, injury wounds, or any wounds that have failed improvement with primary care management.e) Services to be performed by Contractor on a routine schedule and in a timely manner and as necessary for the health and welfare of the individuals who reside at agency.f) Contractor shall come to the facility to assess the patient on a weekly basis or as needed.g) All services must meet the standard required by the Medical Director of agencyh) Contractor shall have knowledge of methods and procedures in the field of general medicine and of the principle of development, implementation, and documentation of individualized care and treatment.– Contractor must be skilled in the care and treatment of patients with intellectual disabilities.– Contractor will provide training to healthcare staff and direct care staff on the care of wounds as needed– Contractor must be skilled in the use of medical diagnostics and wound care management(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026
