(1) Vendor needs to provide online store and merchandising program service. • The selected Contractor will serve as the sole operator to design, launch, and manage the agency Official Store across e–commerce, temporary physical pop–ups, and vetted third–party wholesale channels.• Key responsibilities include creating trend–based licensed merchandise, managing historic memorabilia sales, enforcing shipping within five business days, and maintaining a mobile–first storefront.• Technical Platform & Security Compliance Platform Robustness: Evaluation of the proposed e–commerce engine (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce) for scalability, mobile–first responsiveness, and seamless integration with agency core transit website. – Data Security & PCI Compliance: Quality of data encryption, platform hosting environments, disaster recovery/backup policies, and a proven track record of handling high–volume online financial transactions securely. – Accessibility Standards: Concrete evidence or automated testing protocols demonstrating strict adherence to agency accessibility regulations • Order Fulfillment Performance: Adequacy of the vendor’s warehousing, inventory storage, protective packaging, and commitment to hit the mandatory 5–business–day shipping window. – Operational Logistics & Fulfillment Capacity • Marketing & Audience Acquisition Strategy– Digital Presence & Growth Plans: Creativity and viability of the vendor's social media management workflows, community content ideas, and targeted email acquisition plans.
