Description
The project generally consists to improve operations near the intersection of Columbus Parkway and Rose Drive. The improvements will increase capacity for westbound Columbus Parkway and provide two through lanes within 700 feet of the Rose intersection. The work includes median reconstruction, pavement widening, retaining walls, MGS, RSP, loop detectors, planting and irrigation, and sidewalk. The project will be governed by the Contract Documents included herewith, including the Caltrans State Standard Specifications, 2023 edition, in the order of precedence as set forth herein.
