(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Petersburg, VA. – Areas of increased cleaning and disinfection include but are not limited to high touch points in the following areas:i. Entrance, Lobby, and Exterior Areasii. Public Areas, Reading Rooms, Multi–Purpose Room & Children’s Areaiii. Restroomsiv. Staff Areas & Officesv. Floors, Hallways, Stairways, & Landing– Evening Cleaning Services between the hours of 5:00pm–8:00 pm.– On–call/Event Cleaning(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 24, 2026.
