(1) Vendor needs to provide printing and mailing service to the government authority located in San Jose, CA. – Provide printing and mailing of Notification of Assessed Value (NAV) Mailers for Assessor’s Office (ASR).– Reading PDF file formats which will be provided by the county to the contractor’s secured share site.– Printing the multiple fonts embedded in the PDF files.– Printing in zip code order as provided by county.– Standardizing records by removing punctuation and enhancing lists where reasonably possible.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
