(1) Vendor needs to provide home performance contractor service including marketing support, customer intake, and direct services to the government authority located in Arlington, MA.– Marketing and Outreach: – The selected agency will have access to the logos and seals of the Town for approved uses in order to conduct co–branded marketing efforts. All marketing pieces using the Town’s names, logos, or seals, or referencing the affiliation, must be approved by the Town and its designated representatives.- Field marketing through tabling at public events or door–to–door canvassing- Direct mail via letters or postcards to residents- Digital advertising via search engines, social media, online advertising, the Your website, etc.- Public displays such as banners or billboards- Print advertising in the Visit Magazine and Community Guide or local newsletters- Programming on Community Media.- Radio advertising– Customer Intake and Service Delivery: – The Home Performance Contractor should maintain a call center capable of handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to interested residents identified by agency, All In Energy, or Electrify. The Home Performance Contractor should have customized protocols for scheduling and weatherization for all interested and qualified residents in 1–4 unit buildings, including:- Market rate homeowners- Rental properties- Moderate–income residents- Low–income residents - Customers who are not comfortable communicating in English– These processes should include- Processes to communicate and deliver services in languages other than English, including:○ App–based translation during canvassing, tabling, and other outreach activities○ When scheduling and weatherization visits○ Appointment confirmation emails and calls and other pre– agency communications○ Communication during agency○ Post– agency communications, including agency reports and follow–up outreach○ During weatherization services
