(1) Vendor needs to provide building assessments services to the government authority located in Kansas.– Provide a comprehensive assessment of the physical condition, performance, and remaining useful life of facilities.– Assessment shall evaluate the current condition of building components, systems, and infrastructure, identify deficiencies and deferred maintenance and provide recommendations and priorities for repair, replacement, renovation, and long–term capital planning.– Building and site assessment.– Mechanical systems.– Electrical systems.– Plumbing systems.– Fire and life safety.– Perform a general assessment of accessibility features and identify apparent deficiencies related to applicable accessibility requirements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
