(1) Vendor needs to provide construction administration service for the CapitalConnector Project, a multimodal transportation and pedestrian improvement projectalong an approximately 3.8–mile corridor to the government authority located in West Virginia.– Serve as the city’s construction administrator for the capital connector project, providing oversight and management of the construction contract from award through project closeout.– Review and process contractor submittals, requests for information (rfis), shop drawings, and change order requests in a timely manner consistent with wvdoh and federal requirements– Monitor construction schedule and provide written updates to the city on project progress, delays, and corrective actions.– Manage project documentation, including maintaining a complete and organized record of all correspondence, submittals, rfis, change orders, pay applications, and federal compliance records.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
