(1) Vendor needs to provide health crisis care coordination initiative services to the government authority located in Cheyenne, WY.– Facilitate a dedicated tabletop discussion bringing together 988 Call Centers, 911 dispatch, EMS, law enforcement, hospital emergency departments, state–contracted BHCs, and other appropriate community partners with a focus on local planning, systemic friction points, and multi–agency logistics– Enhance and synchronize the multidisciplinary response to behavioral Let me health crises in rural state by designing, facilitating, and evaluating comprehensive, two–part crisis care coordination exercises.– Conduct a half–day behavioral health crisis simulation followed by a half–day discussion–based tabletop exercise to validate local protocols, identify system strengths, and expose friction points across the crisis care continuum (including 988 Call Centers, dispatch, law enforcement, EMS, hospitals, and state–contracted behavioral health centers).– Execute all logistical steps for scheduling events, to include phone calls and emails to points of contact, selecting dates with host sites, calling partners, making travel arrangements, and informing the Agency of any challenges in scheduling events with partners.– Available for immediate contact between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday during the contract term(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
