(1) Vendor needs to provide sludge removal service to the government authority located in Richmond Hill, GA. – Provide sludge removal services at the agency’s closed wastewater treatment pond.– The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor for the labor for the sludge removal.– The average pond depth is 5–7 feet with an average sludge depth of 4.7 feet.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 21, 2026.
