(1) Vendor needs to provide resource parent recruiter services to the government authority located in West Chester, PA. • Implement the resource parent recruiter services, a program to conduct resource parent recruiting activities and provide foster care opportunities for families across the county• Developing and utilizing social media and various Department websites to recruit potential resource parents.• Strategic businesses within the county  to allow recruitment posters to be hung in their businesses and hanging them(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
