(1) Vendor needs to provide SAP–integrated mobile inventory management platform. – Provide comprehensive implementation and training support to assist the agency in deploying a secure, reliable, and SAP–integrated mobile inventory management platform. – Provide and implement a mobile software solution that integrates natively with the agency’s SAP environment and supports real–time IM, WM, and MM transaction processing without the need for external warehouse management systems and databases.• Barcode–enabled processing: provide a solution that supports barcode–driven data captureand auto–population of SAP fields for all required inventory transactions.• Real–time SAP transaction posting.• Digital signature and media capture: Ensure the solution supports digital signature capture and photoattachments within applicable SAP transactions.• Project team and implementation support.• Provide comprehensive training covering system operation, hardware use, and workflow processes.• Provide a high–level project plan outlining project role, agency resource requirements, timelines, and deployment across all warehouse locations.• SAP platform requirement: ensure the proposed solution is designed to operate within both SAP ECC and S/4HANA private cloud environments.• Mobile Device Management (MDM):– Ensure the proposed solution is fully compatible with the agency’s mobile device management environment.– The solution must be fully manageable through Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, policy and application deployment, conditional access, and remote wipe capabilities.• Technical requirements:– Ongoing product usage control: Barcode scanning solution must provide for ongoing product usage, such as adding new system users, removing System user rights, and adding new machines, must be controlled by the agency.– Solution upgrades: Barcode scanning must offer future product upgrades inclusive of any support fees for the life of the contract after license purchase.– Upgrade merge: Barcode scanning solution must support ease of merging back custom modifications into new standard.– Usage data: Barcode scanning solution must provide agency ongoing access to current and legacy usage data.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
