GIS-2010 - USA (Rye Brook, New York) - GIS-Based Tree Inventory Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS–based tree inventory services to the government authority located in Rye Brook, NY.– Project is to establish an accurate, GIS–based tree inventory that will support tree maintenance, risk management, budgeting, long forestry program.– Each tree shall be assigned a unique identification number and individually inspected from ground level.– GIS Coordinates: Latitude and longitude, or equivalent mapped coordinates, for the location of each tree.– Photograph: A digital photograph of each tree.– Tree Height: Estimated or measured total height, recorded in feet.– Use a GIS–based tree inventory program or an equivalent digital mapping and asset management system approved by the Municipality.– Each inventoried tree shall be displayed as an individual point on a digital map and linked to its corresponding tree record.– GIS data shall be compatible with the municipality’s existing GIS system.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21,2026.
